This is an edition of selected poems from 1979-2006 that grew from the sometimes jarring experience of meeting her readers in schools which include her poetry in their syllabus.

This collection identifies the references, verse-forms, contexts and occasions of her work, and offers readers a new arrangement and interpretation of the poetry as a whole. The notes also identify dates of composition, so that it is possible to observe the development of her work.
